Corso Italia 3 is more than an address, it is a historic building, it’s a symbol of the Milano Albertina. It’s a classy location owned by Savillis Real Estates who decided to relocate these spaces for companies looking for a prestigious representative office.

To communicate with this anything but ordinary clientele, Savillis felt the need for a complete plan which started from the creation of a strong, consistent, and original brand identity to be adapted to all the elements of the stationery up to the website. An identity able to generate contents to be spread both online and offline.

Corso Italia 3 is a building that creates a corner, this features gave birth to the naming THE ANGLE.
This was the starting point for the creation of the logotype, using a kind of Flat Iron Building perspective.

A careful analysis of the codes of this very specific market established the scheme for the creation of a proprietary language, reinterpreting in a post-modern perspective the history of this building.
