ONE SINGLE SUPPLY CHAIN FROM CREATIVITY TO PRODUCTION, FOR MAXIMUM EFFECTIVENESS
Schär, the world leader in the production of gluten-free products, has redefined its positioning and renewed its identity through a new international strategic design.

After a creative pitch, the challenging task was to adapt the new design to the system pack of
7 product categories, declining the SKUs for all national and international markets.
And all this had to happen in an integrated path from creativity to the realisation of the final artworks, ready to be delivered to the printers.

Furthermore were needed the creation of an iconic and symbolic system of the whole product range, the production of all the photoshoots of the products, intended for packaging and institutional website and the developement of special packs for events and anniversaries.
All this work was intended for more than 480 SKUs. The project entailed a specialised team of 14 people that delivered an average of 23 packs per week, working consistently from February 2020.

It was possible to undertake this complex task thanks to an approach that enhances multi-competence and the use of exclusive management platforms, EVA Workflow and EVA APPROVAL TOOL, which allows the sharing of all the approval phases within a company, in real-time, while ensuring the agreed quality standards throughout the whole production process.
As a result, costs and time management were optimised while reducing the margins of error.
